SIP Solid is not currently offering a complete design service, so we cannot prepare your construction plans for you.
What we can offer is some high level advice (and maybe some really cool details) on how you can optimise your current idea or plan to ensure you get the most energy efficient building design.
Passive House
Our Director is a Certified Passive House Tradesperson and has a network of designers and consultants that we can tap into, in order to assist you through the Passive House process if that is your goal.
If you don’t mention your desire for this, we are bound to ask anyway as we see this building standard extremely complimentary to our SIP system.
Pre-construction
The construction process can be very daunting to normal consumers with limited knowledge of the construction process.
As with all things in life, planning is key and consideration of all elements of your home should be undertaken as early as possible in the design process. We are able to assist in the pre-construction design process by providing your building design team with the necessary information to include our SIP system in the design.
The earlier we become involved, the cheaper the upgrade to our system becomes.
Design Documentation
While SIP Solid can’t offer construction design services directly, we do have partnerships and affiliations with other building professionals.
Depending on the style of build you are after, we can refer you to the right professional who will have an upfront understanding of our building system and will be able to provide you with fee estimates in using their service.
